Job Functions

Responsibilities (Not limited to):


  • Develop annual HR plans in line with the human capital management needs of the organization to support the achievement of its strategic goals.
  • Develop annual workforce (manpower) plan in alignment with business needs
  • Manage the HR function by coordinating all HR activities including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, policy implementation, and staff welfare
  • Provide strategic insight and support on human resources matters to aid management decision making. Identify related risks; develop and deploy mitigating strategies
  • Develop and implement supportive HR administrative systems and processes to enhance business operations
  • Provide HR administrative support, including but not limited to staff record documentation, leave administration, staff welfare, confirmation process, benefits administration, and discipline management
  • Responsible for the seamless process of acquiring Talent for businesses, ensuring talent is highly desired, highly regarded and highly competent. This process includes identifying, attracting, recruiting and inducting Talent by deploying innovative measures and technology
  • Work closely with the CEO and Heads of SBUs in delivering talent acquisition services; coordinate vacancy announcement, schedule assessments, and interviews and provide counsel in selecting candidates
  • Deploy an effective performance management system for the organization. 
  • Support Heads of SBUs in defining departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track and monitor KPIs, and deploy appropriate interventions as required
  • Drive capability building, learning and development to address capability gaps and promote a learning culture
  • Build and strengthen staff competencies through appropriate learning and development interventions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Human Resource Management experience
  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
  • Professional qualification/membership from a reputable institution
  • Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication both verbal and written
