CHAIRMAN, Dr. [Mrs.] Titi Anibaba

Dr. Anibaba was admitted into University of Benin to study Biochemistry and graduated in 1976 with a 2nd Class Honours [Upper Division] after which she proceeded to Queen Elizabeth College, University of London for her Master’s Programme in Food Science and management. She went back to University of Benin for Doctorate Degree and thereafter to the University of Washington, Seattle USA for her Post-Doctoral Training on Environmental Programme, being a fellow of the Prestigious Hubert Humphrey Programme of U.S.A.She joined the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi [FIIRO] in December 1978 and later transferred her Service to the Lagos State Ministry of the Environment in June 1994 and became a Director in 2001.  In October 2008 she was appointed, the Permanent Secretary in the Office of Environmental Services, Ministry of the Environment. The position she held until retirement in June, 2012.  In March 2013.Dr. Anibaba was recalled to help salvage the newly created Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency [LASPARK] as a Coordinating Consultant and later the Managing Director of the Agency.  Since her journey in the State Civil Service, she has displayed transparency, diligence, honesty, dedication and passion for the discharge of all government assignments and also ensure effective and efficient service delivery of all approved Government programmes and projects in the Ministry of the Environment.


Emem Usen Mudasiru is the Founder of 25th and Staffing.  She is responsible for the company’s creative vision and strategic governance, as well as day-to-day operations. Mrs. Mudasiru is an entrepreneur with a passion for bringing skilled and professional talents to the employment market. She is a graduate at the University of Houston (Downtown) Houston, TX with 4 years in outsourcing and Recruitment and 15 years’ experience in Human Resourcing. She enjoys new challenges and traveling to exotic locales and is inspired through a purposeful living.


>Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt (1984); and a Master in Strategic Management (2000) from Ogun State University. He is an accomplished stockbroker and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers (FCS). A former Managing Director of City Code Trust and Investment Co. Limited - Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange - (1991 – 2006): he is now the MD/CEO of the company. He started his career with Akinola Akintunde & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountant (1985 – 1988); where he moved to Wintrust Limited, Lagos – Member of Nigerian Stock Exchange – (1988 – 1991) as Director, Corporate Finance. Mr. Mac-Yoroki is sitting on board of a number of companies among which are the Nigerian Stock Exchange as Director and Karinax Nigeria Limited as Chairman. He is also an Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).


Mr. Olaribigbe Mudasiru began his career at the Nigeria General Insurance Co. and later gained employment with One of Nigeria’s old and Reliable bank, UBA PLC from 1975 – 1978. He left UBA to further his studies in the United States of America; where he attained a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Accounting at Governors State University, Illinois and a Master degree in Business Administration at Central State University, OhioHe returned back to Nigerian in 1985, where he rendered his excellent accounting knowledge to Mobil Producing Nigeria as an Accountant/ comptroller. He was later assigned to Houston as the Project Accountant working on the Nigerian Gas Liquid Project. He held several positions during his 25 years of Service to Mobil such Manager (General Ledger), Manager (Material Procurement) and retired after serving as the Manager (Procurement Administration) in Port Harcourt. Mr. Mudasiru has attended various overseas management training in the US and UK. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).Mr. Mudasiru is currently the Chairman/CEO of Mombuk Bureau De Change and an Independent Executive Director of 25thand Staffing.


Mr. Ola Sanni is an Accounting graduate and a Fellow Chartered Accountant since 1987. He also holds an MBA degree. He acquired his professional training at Delloite Akintola & Co (Formerly Akintola Williams & Co., Chartered Accountants). He subsequently worked with UBA Trustees Limited as the Manager in charge of Accounts and Investments during which he served as Secretary to the Company’s Investment Committee. In that capacity, he was responsible for appraisal of investments in Bankers Acceptances and Commercial Papers of both banks and corporate organizations, analysis of stocks and bonds for listing on the company’s portfolio; ensuring compliance with the Investments Act and preparation of accounts for management uses incorporating performance evaluation, capital analysis as well as the preparation of the company’s final accounts. He also worked as the general Manager of G & A Investments Limited with responsibilities for business development, administration and provision of key management information (both financial and non-financial) for decision-making. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is the Finance Director of Geoplex Drillteq Limited. He has over 25 year’s cognate experience in financial management.

BUSINESS DIRECTOR, Gabriel O. Yemidale

Graduated from the University of Houston Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Economics focusing in petroleum and minor in marketing; added an MBA with concentration in finance and management from same institution above with certification in green belt six sigma and currently working on project management certification. He has worked in various multinational consulting firms in Nigeria (PWC) and overseas (Capital one Bank and Wells Fargo) with vast expertise in business development
